1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and x9999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting services available at x9999.bio. 2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

3 Account Registration & Player Obligations

Players who provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage will have their accounts suspended. Any funds held in a suspended account will be subject to review, and x9999 may withhold the release of such funds for a period sufficient to complete its investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

6 Betting & Casino Rules

All sports bets placed on x9999 are governed by the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published within the sportsbook section of the platform. In addition, the following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on x9999:

• All bets are final once confirmed. x9999 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases where a bet has been accepted in error due to an obvious pricing error (see below).

7 Account Suspension & Closure

8 Limitation of Liability

x9999's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to x9999 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

x9999 makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. x9999 uses 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect the platform and player data, but cannot guarantee absolute security against all forms of cyber threat.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of x9999 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
